I have decided that every year, I will use a different cover so that way I can keep them separated easily. Also new to the site is the ability to have your post line up with the pics...I don't know if you looked at it before, but it used to put all of the pics at the top and the words off to the side or on the bottom. You can also select which posts you want to be published now. So I was able to take out the random "Happy What-ever's" and not print them.
Since I am not a scrapbook-er...I love this idea and I feel that the cost of the book is about equivalent to scrap booking and the time that goes into doing it. My 2009 books were about 45 bucks each...and 2008 was less because obviously I didn't have the whole year.
I highly recommend these books...especially if your like me and think the internet is just a phase and will no longer be there for you to look at!! ;0) Call me old fashion, I like to turn some pages every now and then!
So if you are interested check them out here Blog2Print this is the site link that they sent me to share with you with the potential to get a free book. (just felt like I needed to let you know that)
Sarah is really starting to enjoy her ExerSaucer (yes, that's what this over stimulating-coming at you from all sides infant toy is called!) There are many, many spots for this thing to make noise, however, Andy and I -being the smart parents we are- have only put batteries in one part of it for right now. We plan on letting her hear of all the sounds soon...welllll, maybe later.

Our first time using a spoon was Sunday night. I say "our" because look at that bite I put on the spoon...REALLY?!?! poor baby, it's no wonder she had it all over her face!! I didn't realize how much I was stuffing into her until I looked at this pic! HA! She did really well in spite of her mother's lack of knowledge spoon feeding a child for the first time. She was very excited and kept reaching for the spoon and the bowl, like she wanted more. I did catch her once sucking on the spoon like it was a bottle...she'll get the hang of it and so will I.
In the spirit of July 4th, we took some pics in one of her 4th outfits for her "4 month photo shoot by mommy" (yeah, I still haven't attempted a real photo session) The little red bear is one that my mom got her while she was on her vacation to Washington D.C.
At 4 months Sarah is:Sarah is 26 inches long- 95 percentile; Weighs 15.7 pounds - 70-95 percentile; head circumference 17cm - off the chart! :0)

Next stop...Duncan, OK (about 2 hours southwest of OKC) to see all of the friends. Chrisie and Faron have moved to the country and have a wonderful house with a great pool! I however only got to see the pool from a distance. We pushed Ms. Sarah to the limits and she was letting me know Saturday when everyone was there...crying all day, didn't want to be put down, wouldn't nap- yep, our kid was "that kid"...it was quite a day! I think she was waaaaaay over stimulated!! Sunday was much better...thank goodness!
Usually on a weekend like this I would get tons of pics....but as I alluded to earlier, there was little time for picture taking. But here is what I got.
Sarah and Cade on their first date...Cade is 7 months old.

The boys managed to get a group pic in....the girls aka mommas not so much -we were all tending to the kiddos. All in all there were about 40 people at the house which included twelve kids!

My how our little get togethers have changed! And all for the better! I guess this means we are on our way to being real- life grown ups!!!! Well kind of...
