Gearing up for the merge of DSFH and DSHS. We met as a whole faculty and these were the treats I gave to our math department.  

Wet N Wild Day! This is actually Leah's first one to participate in I think. The others were canceled by weather or they were working on the school and then covid. So yeah. First one.

Teacher Leader Summit

I was fortunate enough to be asked by my principal to attend the annual Teacher Leader Summit put on by the State Department of Education in New Orleans. 

I had a great time learning lots of new things and the state's outlook for the future of the department. We also had some fun in the evenings at Dave and Busters and then dinner and Karaoke for Tristian's birthday. I love being the in city!! 

 

8th Grade End of Year Dinner

DSJH 8th Grade Awards for Sarah

Man! I am not sure how 8th grade got here so fast, but boy did it. It seems like just yesterday we were both nervous about the new adventures of jr. high school. I have prayed so many prayers for this sweet girl and I know God took care of her every step of the way. Our DSJH experience far exceed any of our expectations. Sarah continues to amaze us with her grit, academic success and focus on what she wants. We are so proud of you Sarah!

DSHS Graduation

The OGs of the Business Annex building. Missy's last graduation as she is retiring this year. So thankful for her friendship all these years. 

Tristian rocked it this year in the guidance office with many, many challenges! 

 

Leah's 4th Grade Awards Day

Wow! This year went by super fast. Leah had a great year in 4th grade and we are so thankful for her amazing teachers. Go Leah we are so proud of you!!

Sydnee's Edmond Memorial Graduation

Left after school on Thursday to drive to Longview, TX for the night before getting up and heading up to Edmond for Sydnee's graduation. Be sure to notice the name the girls put on Andy's electronic hotel key. hahaha. Oh and yes, that is Leah's new doll in her back pack. 

Graduation day! The weather was just perfect for tonight's graduation ceremony. We are so proud of Syd and thankful that we were able to make the trip!

Grad Party Day! Saturday was party day. Syd and a few of her friends shared a party at one of their houses. It was fun to see all of the pictures and all of Syd's friends that we have heard about over the years.
