Kids Fish

We love "Kids Fish". Well. All of us but the kid. This is the second year in a row that Leah was not happy about the fishing. It all sounds good in her head, but then when you have to actually sit there in the sun and be patient and watch your big sister catch a fish before you....yeah, she was not loving it. Maybe next...or not. 

Yall. This picture. I can't stop laughing. Leah was a hot mess...literally and figuratively. She was not happy with us or the fish!! 

 

New Kids on the Block - Mixed Tape Tour

Well. I have officially lost my mind. Concert in New Orleans on a school night?!?! Sure why not! Jennifer was gifted New Kids on The Block concert tickets by her husband Jason for Christmas. With that Laura and I were included in on the concert tickets, because Jason didn't want to go. Too funny! So we went of course! And had a great time!! Our seats were amazing and the Mixed Tape Tour brought back so many good memories of growing up in the 80s/90s. Fun times! 

 

Sarah's Awards Day

We are so proud of you Sarah May! You took on Junior High like a champ, just like Daddy and I knew you would. Keep choosing friends wisely and stay the course in the classroom and it's going to be a great ride! Three Years of Awesome!

Leah's Awards Day

We are so proud of Leah and how well she did this year in 2nd grade. And we just love Mrs. Dauzat, her teacher. So blessed to be at this little school and all of the wonderful teachers. 

This year's awards day was a little hectic with both girls awards programs happening at the same time. Andy and I had to divide and conquer and we had to get him out of town in time to catch his flight for work. It was crazy but so worth it to be there for our girls. 

We love you Leah!! Keep up the good work! 

Got that AR trophy and the mad dash to read a crazy amount of books! Ms Satcher is the best librarian!
