O Christmas Tree!

We headed to the Christmas Tree farm in Port Vincent Saturday morning to pick out our tree. I love this little farm!! We waited for a break in the rain and headed out! Hmmmm...This one looks nice!
Sarah was on the hunt for the perfect tree!
Yea! We found it!!
Tie it down boys...
We headed back to the house to hang out with Grammy and Poppa some more. And of course I was snapping some pics!!
Not sure what she was doing here with her foot...but love the smile!
Sarah's pal Fritz!!
She LOVES her dog!!
Oops! Secret it out! Yes, I bribe my child to take pictures!! I learned this little trick from the Carlton's! It works like a charm!! I can give Sarah a smartie and she will smile and almost pose for the camera...I know, I should be ashamed- but some how I am just not feeling it! ;)

LSU 41 Arkansas 17

Still can't believe the regular season has come to an end already!! Seems like it was just yesterday that we were in Dallas for the season opener! Anyway, I digress, the Arkansas game was back to it's normal Friday after Thanksgiving day game. Game time: 1:30, so that meant up and at 'em bright and early! Some of the crew got out to our spot before the sun came up...5:30 am!! We however made it by 8. Jocelyn cooking up some sausage, egg and cheese biscuits with hasbrowns! YUMMY!!
Me and Ms. Peggy. Andy's parents were still in town from Oklahoma so they were able to join us for the game.
Jeff, me, Mr. Dave, Ms. Peggy. Andy had to work in the morning but made it in time for a little tailgating and the game!
Gross!! Boys are so gross!!
Me and Michelle....who's the guy with the funny hat?!?!
Jeff had to squeeze in a quick nap....he had been with all of the crazies black Friday shopping at midnight at Best Buy!
Missy P. stopped by to visit!
YEA!! Andy made it!!
Stadium pic!

Ahhhhh...
That's right!!! Undefeated regular season!! Whoop! Whoop!!
Due to the early start time, we had decided to do our big tailgating and eating after the game...so when we got back we fired up the pit and Jocelyn cooked some ribs
And OH WOW were they good!!! Andy with his mom and dad.
Ms. Peggy and Mr. Dave enjoying the tailgate spread. Nighttime tailgate.
Jocelyn, me and Michelle.
Here's to another great tailgating season in the books!

Thanksgiving 2011

Andy's parents joined us for Thanksgiving this year at our house. It's always nice to have them come visit! Thanksgiving morning started of course with the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade.
The weather was so nice, we headed outside to play for a little while before the big dinner. My little turkey! We headed back inside to get some cooking going....Sarah was also cooking up something!
Mr. Dave carving our turkey for us....Andy loving the fact I am taking more pics!
Uhhh Mom...You're squishing me!!
Yummy! Sarah was a great Thanksgiving Day eater! Who wouldn't be?!?!

All the boys headed inside to watch football while us girls stayed outside to enjoy the weather. Sarah was in a great mood and was showing off for Grammy!
Sarah loves to run - fast, fast- on our front porch...
Caught this action shot as she "sped" by.
Here she comes again! Gotta love the intensity!!

Daddy's Home!!

We are all enjoying Andy being home every night with his new job!! It's so nice, I can't even begin to tell you! Sarah is loving her extra daddy time and has slowly become less attached to mommy.
Just a typical night of silly fun at our house in the evenings now...
Sarah loves stickers!! In the mail today was some address labels and she was having a great time putting stickers on Daddy's face!

TV time out...how much do these two look alike?!?!

Loves to color...or "Low-lor". Oh have I mentioned how my child is usually missing either her pants, shirt or both after we eat supper- not a real fan of clothes in the evening! And back to Daddy!
