Easter bunny, dying eggs and basketball...OH MY!

Aunt Katie found us a fun, free family activity for Saturday morning.  At Whole Foods of all places.  The girls had a great time.  

The afternoon had us at Grammy's house dying some Easter Eggs and lots of playing outside. 

The boys are doing great on their new AAU team 405 Elite.  Love watching them grind in the gym. 

Whew....it was a fun filled day packed with lots of excitement. 

Good Friday and hitting the road!

Yay for spring break!  We are headed north to Edmond for a week of fun with family and friends.  We are ALL looking forward to a getaway!

Just so happens that the we are in town during a very controversial time in Oklahoma education history.  This week, teachers will be walking out of their classrooms and headed to the state capitol in search of better funding for education!  We support you Oklahoma teachers...and are super pumped about the extra cousin time we get since they will be out of school.  Take your time...we will be here all week ;)

The Great Surprise

The Great Surprise was the Easter celebration that the church held this year along with the Easter egg hunt.  The theme of  all of the activities was that each one held a surprise...just like the surprise that Christ is Risen!  So much fun!

Leah's ToT Skills Tournament

Leah had a TOT Tournament today at Istrouma Baptist Church.  It was the first time our TOT group had participated in the skills tournament.  It was another great opportunity for Leah to show off all that she has learned in TOT.  She just loves this program and her teacher, Mrs. Jana. Great job Leah! 

Big Mike Turns 50!

We had a fun night celebrating Mike and Pepe's 50th birthday.  Both thought they were attending a surprise party for the other and ended up both being surprised!  Happy birthday guys!!

Sarah is 8!!

WOW! Eight already!  We love you so very much Sarah.  And are so proud of your kind heart, love for Jesus and your hard work that you put into your school work. I know you've been looking forward to being eight for a while now, but this momma needs time to just slow down a bit.  Let enjoy eight and not rush to the next birthday this year.  Sound like a plan? Love you!!

Sunday Funday

Although we missed having Papa here, it was nice to have Grammy stay until Monday.  Grammy and Annie joined us at church this morning and then we enjoyed brunch at ToLA Cafe in the Antique District. We had a wonderful Sunday.
